Giving is encouraged but not pressured at the Lighthouse Wanaka. Many people in the community like to support what the church does in Wanaka by donating financially. This money goes towards rent, staff, community events and missions. Most choose to give by online payment for a good reason. Because we are a registered charitable trust, you are able to get 1/3rd of your donations back as a tax rebate. We will issue you with a receipt for your giving at the end of the financial year so that you can claim this tax credit back. Note: If you give autonomously we are unable to  give you a receipt.
